Protein Chocolate Ginger Crunch Balls

Ingredients 

Hazelnuts, Soaked Medjool dates Cacao powder, Protein Powder Almond Butter, Maple Syrup Chopped Crystallized Ginger Vanilla Extract, Salt Cacao nibs

In your Food Processor:

Pulse Hazelnuts until roughly chopped

Use the Right Flour

Add remaining ingredients except ginger and cacao nibs.

Process

Process until you have a dough-like mass with some crunchy hazelnut bits.

Stir in Ginger Add crushed cacao nibs to a deep plate Line a sheet pan with baking parchment

Roll In Cacao nibs

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mass into balls, roll in cacao nibs, then shape by rolling gently between your palms.
