Easy Chocolate Protein Mousse  (No Eggs)

Ingredients 

Soaked Cashews,   unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice), dates, chocolate, protein powder, salt. Optional: Instant coffee, Amaretto.

In your Blender:

Blend all ingredients except chocolate until very smooth. Melt chocolate in microwave or over waterbath.

Add melted chocolate and blend again.

Divide between 6 dessert glasses

Serve topped with optional cashew cream and raspberries. Or just on its own for an indulgent and healthy treat.
