Protein  Sourdough Discard Brownies

Ingredients 

Butter, dark chocolate, eggs, Banana, brown sugar, caster sugar, salt, instant espresso, protein powder, vanilla, sourdough discard, rye flour, cocoa powder.

Ingredients

Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Whisk eggs with sugar until foamy and sugar is dissolved. Stir in wet ingredients and protein powder until no lumps are left. Gently fold in dry ingredients until just incorporated.

Bake

In a large brownie tin lined with parchment paper bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25min until the centre is still moist and first cracks appear in the corners. 

Allow to cool

Allow to cool, so they set a little. Then cut into rectangles or squares.
