These Turkish Eggs with Asparagus are the perfect weekend brunch. It might sound like an odd combination, but once you’ve tried it, you will be hooked. Creamy, lemony with a touch of garlic and a fiery red and nutty butter, topped with a runny poached egg, that invites you to dip your asparagus into it. Add some bread and you have a perfect balance of protein, carbs and veggies, all in one delicious bowl.
This unusual combination was inspired by a Strawberry Black Pudding salad I had years ago in a tiny restaurant in Clonakilty, right beside the butcher who makes the famous Clonakilty Black Pudding, which is arguably the best you’ll find anywhere in Ireland. With oats that get crunchy when frying and its fantastic depth of flavour. Together with strawberries, each mouthful tastes like a party in your mouth, umami, sweet and fruity, crunch and juiciness creating a very more-ish mix. It also is incredibly quick to prepare, with just a few ingredients, while giving you a great calorie vs volume ratio for weight loss and will impress your guests.
Crispy mushrooms, black garlic, caramelized onions, romaine, berries, croutons, blue cheese, pecans—a flavor-packed meal!
Try Black Garlic Cashew Ranch Dressing: a healthy twist with rich cashews and complex black garlic, perfect for salads or dipping.
Almond Strawberry Vinaigrette: a creamy, oil-free, low-calorie dressing made with fresh strawberries and almonds. Perfect for salads and weight loss goals!
A 5-minute Date Caramel recipe—creamy, rich, and sugar-free. Blend dates, water, and a pinch of salt for a versatile treat with endless possibilities.
This Orange Thyme Tahini Dressing is a creamy, nutty, and oil-free dressing with a delicious fruity flavour. Healthy, lower calorie than oil-based dressings and more nutritious. It goes fantastic with my Sweet Potato Grape Salad, but it’ll happily grace any salad that would go with these flavours.
